The Two Cultures Institute and the Mushtaq Ahmad Gurmani School of Humanities and Social Sciences (MGSHSS) at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) announce (1) Postdoctoral and (1) Predoctoral Fellow position for the academic year 2025-26.

These positions are for the duration of the 2025-26 academic year. Successful candidates will be welcome to teach one course during each semester of the fellowship and are expected to fully participate in the ongoing activities of the Two Cultures Institute and MGSHSS. 

The Postdoctoral Fellow should have their PhDs in hand by August 31, 2025 and completed their PhDs in the last 3-5 years. They will be required to be physically on campus for the duration of the fellowship. 

The Predoctoral fellow candidate should have an approved research project in hand. We are looking for candidates whose scholarship is interdisciplinary—nurturing and facilitating conversation and collaboration across the Sciences, Humanities, and Social Sciences.
