Ali Qamar is a business and digital transformation expert with over 20 years of professional services experience, including more than a decade as a Partner at a Big 4 firm. He has led major transformation and governance initiatives across the public and private sectors in Pakistan and the Middle East.
His work focuses on restructuring, operating model design, ERP-enabled transformation, process reengineering, performance and risk management, and regulatory reform. He has advised global institutions such as the World Bank, ADB, USAID, governments, and leading private conglomerates across diverse industries.
Ali is a Chartered Accountant (ICAP, 2004) and certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt (Singapore Quality Institute, 2014).
At the Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB), LUMS, he teaches Accounting Analytics, Governance, and Business Communication as a Visiting Faculty Member and has also served as Executive in Residence for an MS program mentoring students and bringing transformation insights into the classroom.
He frequently speaks at professional forums and trains boards under director training programs. Ali is recognized for his thought leadership in professional services. He has helped build and lead high-performing consulting teams and deliver impactful solutions in complex settings.
