Students intending to minor in History are required to complete two (2) core courses (mentioned below in the table) and four electives, a total of 6 courses carrying 4 credits each. Of the four electives, at least two should be at the 300 level or above.

1. HIST 100 Introduction to Historical Studies  OR  HIST 101 World Civilization OR HIST 102 Introduction to World History
2. HIST 124 The World Since 1453 OR HIST 126 Europe from the Neolithic to the 1600s OR HIST 122 East Asian History
